1 out of 5 stars Disappointment   July 21, 2008

This charger worked for about a week before it quit on us. I was disappointed by the quality and (lack of) longevity. Don't waste your money.

This really came in handy on a recent trip to Vegas and southern Utah as I don't own a laptop. Get it, it really works.

This product is fabulous. Great to have when you don't have a computer handy.

5 out of 5 stars Love the charger   June 24, 2008
Barbara Suveg (Coeur d'Alene, Idaho)
My computer is jammed with chargers for a cell phone, a Blackberry, a calculator...the last thing I needed was ANOTHER USB charger for my iPod.

What I like about this charger are two things: first that it is for a wall outlet, and, second, that the length of the cord is such that I don't have to put the iPod on the floor (as I have had problems with other technology). It is long enough to reach my bureau or desk and does its job well.

I have not used it too many times since I purchased it, so I am curious as to how it will fare in the long term. One thing to note is that the prongs do not collapse into the charger unit, so it does not store "flat." Be aware if your primary use will be because of travel. Otherwise, I love what I have so far! Hopefully it will continue to perform so well!

This is just what I needed and expected it to do for me.
