Fan is not able to keep the CPU cool.It is better to purchase the Fam Separtely.

For the price, this is a great chip for someone looking at a new computer or just wanting to upgrade their existing system. At 2.5GHz per core, the E5200 can handle most games and applications without any trouble at all, and the 45nm form factor makes it great for people worried about power consumption on their computer.
I used this chip in a sub-$1000 build for a customer that wanted speed without overhead. Because of the low power consumption, this chip combined with 4GB of RAM and a 512MB nVidia GeForce 8600 ran happily on a 450 Watt Power Supply.

This processor is a gem in the Intel line. It achieves performance nearly equalling more expensive processors in the Intel Core 2 Duo line. It's based on the same 45 nm technology and is very fast.
