5 out of 5 stars Excellent upgrade   April 29, 2008
Alex Mann (Houston, TX)
For outdated memory, this RAM stick is perfect. Excellent price, since just about all ram is the same. Installation was a snap and the computer recognized it with no problems. Just make sure all your memory is the same type or it won't work. for example this is a PC2100 266MHZ memory module, dont upgrade a computer that has PC3200 already installed. Mixing and matching causes all sorts of problems.

4 out of 5 stars Works well in my Sony   April 16, 2008
Aimee C (Virginia USA)
I added this memory (2 sticks) to my Sony RX850 . Although the OS (XP Home) does not recognize the additional memory, my applications are definitely running faster. I used to have to walk away and could eat a cookie or brush my teeth by the time Miscrosoft Office opened up a file. Now it opens my Office products in a few seconds, same with IE7.

5 out of 5 stars No surprises   April 7, 2008

The Kingston memory I purchases for my Sony Vaio arrived as expected. Installation was straightforward; the only part that took any effort was moving components in the Sony case to allow me to access the memory.

5 out of 5 stars Easy upgrade!   September 19, 2007
Brian C. Schroeder (Fresno, CA)
This is a great product at a great price. There is no better way to upgrade your computer's performance than getting more memory. On my PC this was the max that the motherboard could hold. Of course I don't know why the previous Kingston memory went bad in the first place. Hmmmm... Anyways, this stick went in easy and gave me more memory. Yeah!
