5 out of 5 stars Real Value RAM   January 7, 2009
Alejo Aguirre (San Jose, Costa Rica)
You will not find a better RAM for under $30 on a 2GB Kit 800 Mhz. These modules give a 5.9 score in windows vista and work flawlessly. I actually think these memories make vista load faster. I get a complete functional desktop in 45 seconds after turning on the pc. (Vista ultimate 64-bit) which is outstanding, considering I've built systems with more expensive components getting boot times for over 1.5 minutes.

Great choice if you are within a budget and want to build a fast and stable machine, Not for overclocking.

Excellent memories when they work in dual channel, I have mobo intel DG965SS, with a processor Core 2 duo of 2 GB bus 800 mhz and is incredible the speed that it is appraised with the programs and games.

5 out of 5 stars Fast!!   December 7, 2007

Excelent, fast, memory. Since I installed the 4 gigs, on my pc i do not know what is to see the machine go slow due to have many applications opened. I've moved huge armies in several games without a glitch. kept open Word, photoshop, sql navigator with no problem or lag. The jump between cities in Oblivion is fast.

THE ONE THING THOU... It's easy to get confused with the presentation. Since the image show only one memory, people tend to think that this is a one memory presentation. So, when i ordered my 4 gigs i was expecting 2 2gb simms not 4 1 GB. But this is mostly a problem of Amazon and not the product it self.

Excelent product!!!

5 out of 5 stars Kingston dual 1GB memory modules   July 30, 2007

The dual 1GB memory modules were inserted in an Intel DQ965GF Intel Core 2 Duo Ready Socket 775 MicroATX Motherboard, and they worked just fine. I also installed an Intel Core 2 Quad processor to the motherboard and now I have a computer that flies! I'm looking forward to buying another pair of memory modules to complement the 2GB already installed.
