This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I tried to buy a portable hard drive and their system pulled two authorizations on this one buy on my American express card for $232 each and I have been trying for days to get somebody to cancel the credit authorizations so that I could make a purchase from them. Their customer service lines do not work, they have nobody on line to talk to and they have a phone system that requires you to leave a message and nobody follows up.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU EXPECT ANY KIND OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR SERVICE.
