Simpletech is great! I use this drive to back up my entire hard drive. It's so great that my friends have asked me to help them buy it online too. It's small, sleek, and easy to use. Also the price have dropped considerably for the 250GB.

this has the worst customer service and the slowest one. It looks like the technical support peopleare sleeping while replying. there is not effort made to contact the customer and they just sit on it. Never buy it..
My drive stopped working after 2 months and I am suffering.

What's not to like? Great styling, PnP use, a whopping 250GB in a portable USB device, online storage/sharing application. The support site leaves a bit to be desired, but it's PnP/USB. The only thing I could wish for is Firewire support.
